Collect customer feedbacks to track clients' loyalty and analyze barbers' performance.
To leave a feedback customer needs to complete following steps:
1. Open the appointment widget, booking app or another booking tool.
2. Go to Appointments and select Past appointments.
3. Choose the appointment to leave a feedback on.
4. Swipe left the line with selected appointment.
5. Tap Feedback button in the appeared menu.
6. Write a comment, and send it.
All comments received from customers are displayed in Feedbacks tab in Barberly system.
You can sort them by location, date, customer name, name of the employee who provided the service, and the message.
