Keep important notes about your clients' preferences, habits or health conditions, as well as notes about barbering cosmetics they use or buy in your barbershop.
That helps to guarantee the best and the most comfortable services to each client and increase their loyalty, even in case they visit different barbers in your barbershop.
To start managing notes and formulas, open the Customers tab from the left navigation bar and go to the Notes and Formulas page.
To do this you need to tap Notes & Formulas button on the Actions column in the main list of customers, or in a customer profile.
Use +Add Note button to create a new note, and Edit and Remove buttons to manage existing ones. You can add any amount of notes and formulas you need.
