The following describes how your clients can cancel appointments in your booking app, appointment widget and other booking tools.
First of all, they don't need to login. Once they make an appointment the system save their contact data. So customers will be be able to see their upcoming and past appointments in the app or widget.
To cancel an appointment customer needs to complete following steps:
1. Open the appointment widget, booking app or another booking tool.
2. Go to Appointments and select Upcoming appointments.
3. Choose the appointment to cancel.
4. Swipe left the line with selected appointment.
5. Tap Cancel button in the appeared menu.
